NJCOMO Mission:

 The New Jersey Council of Magnet Organizations will serve to champion New Jersey as a Premier state for high quality outcomes and support the Magnet organizations' commitment to professional nursing excellence through partnerships, collaboration, research, and positive empirical outcomes. 

Committee Goals:

To share best practices across all member hospitals. To organize and develop two educational offerings for 2016. Also to work in collaboration with the MPD committee to disseminate Magnet application manual updates

Committee Objectives:

Address identified needs from 2015/2016 organizational needs assessments. Develop at least one beginner to advance educational offering
