NJCOMO Mission:

The New Jersey Council of Magnet Organizations will serve to champion New Jersey as a Premier state for high quality outcomes and support the Magnet organizations' commitment to professional nursing excellence through partnerships, collaboration, research, and positive empirical outcomes. 

Committee Goals:

To develop a forum to share best practices, research, innovation, and clinical inquiry. To collaborate with Division consortiums (North and South) and the Organization of Nurse Leaders of NJ, to share knowledge across Magnet  facilities. Also to participate in the Jean Watson Sigma Theta Tao Chapter Care Research Project.
